That is looking good.
I have found that the not driving straight in some cases is due to trim setting.
Most controller have a small dead zone in the middle to stop the robots creeping so it is not suficient to adjust the trims so the robot doesn't move.
You need to set the trims so that as you gradually move the stick forward both motors start to turn at the same time.
If this doesn't work it may just be that the motors are slightly different in which case you might be able to improve it by setting the trims so the slower side starts before the faster side so that the controller is driving the slower motor harder. This won't work at full speed but may help.
