Looking really quite snazzy although I'm worried as to how the 1mm ali and very exposed screws will hold up to a spinner...

the reason its ali is because then i can make lots of spares realy cheaply and easyly

Maybe,if you have the weight spare,you could double up,and have two layers,(or even three!)of 1mm ally,maybe with a washer in between the pieces,to incorporate a bit of give? could be an interesting experiment.
