IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION - Antweight World Series 62
With the first Antweight World Series since March 2020 due to take place this Saturday, I just want to recap on the COVID safety measures in place at this event. Obviously this is shaping up to be quite a big event and we are expecting a relatively big turnout of people so I will have precautions for this event that all competitors and spectators must adhere to.
UPON ENRTY:
Upon entering AWS 62 I will be asking for either or both of the following.
Full Vaccination - If you are fully vaccinated, you MUST show proof of your vaccination upon arriving at the venue. This can be either with your vaccination card (assigned during first dose and later updated during receiving your second dose) or COVID passports via the NHS app (not the test & trace one).
Negative test - If you will not be fully vaccinated before the event, you MUST show proof of a negative test with in 24hrs of doors opening to attendants, so no later than 9am please. This can either Lateral Flow or PCR, but you must report your test via the COVID-19 test reporting website and bring your text message or email to the event.
To report your test, see the website:
https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
Once you have been checked, you will be given a blue wristband which must be worn throughout the event.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Hand sanitising - There will be hand sanitiser within the reception of the Somer Centre and other points of the venue for people to use, you are however welcome to bring hand sanitiser if you feel its needed.
Masks - You may see a sign at the door reading “You must wear a face mask”, however this only applies while the venue is used as a vaccination centre. Masks will be optional for all participants & competitiors, so please be respectful of those who wish to wear a mask during the event. If anything does change due to venue’s demnads at the last minute, I strongly recommend bringing a mask just in case as I or the venue will not be able to supply any.
Social contact - Some people may be cautious or not wanting to make physical contact with others at the event, so be respectful to those who are wishing to limit their own contact during the event. No means no, stop means stop.
If you are attending and/or competing at this event, please reply below to confirm you have read and understood the guidelines. Any non-forum member seeing this, please email harry.teampanoramic@outlook.com to confirm you have read and understood this.
Thanks in advance.

I and Sam have read and understood.
Query: Sam is 16 and has not yet been offered stab 2 the restabbening. Is proof of the one he has had sufficient? Cos he is fully stabbed for his age range

I'm fully jabbed and will bring my card.
Anthony's only 10 so no jab obvs but will do an LFT before we catch the train on Friday evening.
And thanks for taking on all the extra hassle of organising an AWS during these still-difficult times. Funny to think back now to our last AWS event in MK, when it was all just kicking off...
