What tools would you recommend for cutting through 1.5mm of polycarbonate and what would you recommend to put it all together other then duct tape for the top.

Just a pair of scissors should cut it fine.

It folds nicely if you can get something like pliers or a vice to bend it with, so you may be able to make it from one piece, and just fold the back and sides as if you were making it from cardboard.. If not, hot melt glue also works, as do screws and bolts. Superglue isn't so good but can be used.

Polycarbonate has arrived and I'm still stuck for designs.

So far my cardboard mock up is a 8.5 cm long 3cm tall 9.5cm width wedge that looks a little like st agro if that makes any sense it isn't finished yet maybe tomorrow I can't really put it together all I have for now is a prit stick glue.

You can probably get away with a little longer but if you can fit the electrics in it should be fine
