Chris,
Some complications have arisen with us. As it stands we are still just about on course to attend but may have to clear off quite sharpish afterwards now. There is also a smaller possibility that we may not make it at all.
If it does work out we should still be OK to help set up but I thought I'd flag it up in case the complications get more complicated. Might be worth having a back up plan.
Sorry to do this. Hopefully we won't be effected but I'm sure you'd rather know in advance. I'll keep you posted.

OK, here we go with duties list for the weekend:

Who's doing what

• Chris M - Event Management
• Ali + Rob - Arena Build
• Dylan + Adam - Venue Layout
• Dave L + 1 - Venue Layout
• John (limpet) - Car Parking
• Dave W - Spare

Arena Build
Rob and Ali should know what is going on - consult with Chris M if not clear.
In short: all corners are labelled and it should just slot together.

Venue Layout Crew
This is the big job. An approximate layout is shown below.


We will start with 0 tables in place and will need to put everything out from the store and from my tables I am bringing.

Car Parking
There lots of spaces (~60), the only requirement is to make sure people park in a space. Regardless of the heat, I do not want people dropping off in the middle of the car park as it will gum everything up as once one car does that it becomes a sliding puzzle to get anyone out.

Its more than likely that i will have to pull out my Ants from the event sadly due to multiples of issues but i would be more than happy to help out with setup and such on the if you could do with an extra hand? just let me know if you need me and i can be there for 8.
