AWS Logos
Whilst searching for the AWS logos on here I completely failed to find them! However, a rummage through some old hard drive backups revealed that I already had a good selection Still not exactly what I wanted, but a good selection none the less...
So, rather than languishing where even I had forgotten about them, I thought they should be put on here where they may be of some use.
I don't actually know who created the original design, nor the many variants (although I think Simon and James may have had something to do with them). I only created the colour version with the transparent background (for use with AntLog 3.0).
Hope they're useful to someone...

Re: AWS Logos
You have no idea how long I spent looking for these back when I was doing the Team Picus website, thanks

Re: AWS Logos
Any chance that anyone who's talented at this sort of thing could make SVG versions of them?

Re: AWS Logos
I'm OK with vector drawing and all of that (I design and draw out my logos on my robots from scratch) so I'll have a go tonight and see what I can do for all of you.

Re: AWS Logos
So, I have had a go and come up with these.
(Please note I cannot upload the SVG files in the main body of the text (?) so those are PNG versions. I have attached a zip file with both versions as well which are in SVG format).
As you probably all know, you cannot do a direct conversion from a PNG to an SVG as PNG is a bitmap type of image where coloured blocks are shaded differently to give different shapes and pictures whereas SVGs are made up of paths and there is no easy way to convert one type of data into the other. Therefore I had to redraw it from scratch. This was a slight problem but I tried to keep as close to the original as possible. If there are any mistakes or issues I should fix, let me know and I'll do my best to fix them up for you.
These are very compressed PNG versions for a preview. Please download the ZIP with the SVGs. Enjoy!

Re: AWS Logos
I expect the original logo was SVG, probably drawn in Corel Draw or similar. The "antweight" and "world" should be cutouts in the gold ring and the "series" should be joined on, like the trophy. There should be a feint shadow of the ant on the grey background and the highlights should be the right way round on the second one. But really, it's a good effort, thanks for taking the time to do it.

Re: AWS Logos
Thanks, I'll try and touch it up a bit and see if I can improve it.
