That would give you 4 rollers. Not allowed I'm afraid. If you turn one into a walker or a clusterbot, then you can have all four. lol

Raoul bounces more than he rolls. Is there a class called bouncers??
I think I should be allowed to enter whatever I like, anyway.
I quite like Rim now,it is a real little slammer!!
I think I will enter Rim in the AWS,and see how Creepy Crawley does in the practice arena. Those wheels wont stand up to spinny things, anyway. :(
So please could you remove creepy crawly, and put in Raoul, thanks. :)

No there isn't. Just the FWS, then the AWS. With over 80 robots signed up, we really have to crack on!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR THIS EVENT (was meant to be a PM but here it is anyway)

Location:
University of Reading Employees Social Club
Whiteknights
PO Box 217
READING
Berkshire
RG6 6AH
If you look at this map, the club is building 21 (square C8), Use the Earley Gate entrance to the campus when you arrive.
http://www.reading.ac.uk/web/FILES/UoRM ... Colour.pdf

Also for SAT NAVs use the postcode RG6 7BE

Arrival time:
Please arrive between 10-10:30

Signing in/ Tech Checks:
Since there are a lot of robots to check please sign in as soon after arrival as possible and have your robots ready to run as time may be tight.
Also this time we will be checking that spinners failsafe- where possible please check this before you arrive as this will speed up the process considerably.
I will be signing in and doing basic checks (weight, cube etc.) and Dave Lawrie will be doing the spinner checks in the arena.

Competition Format:
Due to the large number of entries there will not be a non spinner warm up. Instead we will go straight to the fleaweight competition after which the main AWS will begin.
Several people have volunteered to help with the judging- thanks to those that have.
This time we will be (hopefully) trialling some new tournament software which will be used in conjunction with AntLog- this should speed up the draw process and get everything underway a little faster than usual.
Once the AWS is over, other competitions such as Robot Roulette, Annihilator and Tag Team can be run until around 5:30.

Prizes:
As usual there will be certificates available for the winners along with the AWS Trophy but this time we also have some others which have been kindly donated by MBoss.

Food:

Please bring your own food

Contact:
If you have any issues either email me at will_teamshock(AT)yahoo.com or PM me.

I think that should cover everything- if you need any more info let me know.

See you all on Saturday

Cheers

Will
