What time does it normally end?
As I can get a return ticket from Manchester to tanshelf for 16.50 if I book it pretty soon
It's worth it for a day out and the experience I'll gain etc :)

Usually it's over by 5pm or thereabouts, although if you need to get back nobody will begrudge you leaving earlier if you're done with the competition :)

Harry: Thanks for the offer :) My plan is to have sign ups right till the morning of the event, the draws and such will be done on the day.

Im happy with that depending on the train times I could probably help tidy stuff up etc
All depends on train times and if I have anything else planned on that evening :)

What time are you guys open from?
I'd happily help set things up as it's easy enough and the same price what ever train I get :)
And I'll probs be bringing 2 ants but I've just finished my first so my second should be easier :)

I can bring the arena.
Have you set up a signup yet as I can't find a reference to it.

Thanks Peter - I can't set up a sign up at the moment due to the main rw101 site being maintained (unless the signup system still works - Pete?)

Danny: The hall should be open from 9am so if you can get there that early the help would be appreciated :) if you can't then it's alright though.

Nice to see it's all confirmed :)

Still planning on attending but I'm going to hold off organising accommodation, signing up and actually building a robot until after the Robots Live Edinburgh event if that's not a problem, otherwise I'll just lose track of all my robot happenings!

Should hopefully have a working beetle by that point as well that I could bring for demo/display purposes, and can bring the feathers along too (they'll fit in the arena, right? )

I plan on travelling down on the Saturday and just taking it easy, so I'll be around Saturday night/Sunday morning should you need a hand with anything :)
