if somebody brought along a monitor or laptop, we could have a video feed? and then have the screen away from the arena, freeing up space.

Just an idea, if not the old system works XD

I'm not sure a screen is really needed to be fair. We never really have much of an issue.

And I'm guessing most people are waiting for closer to the day to sign up? Cos my sign up sheet has slowed right down. haha. It's on page 2 of this thread if anyone's missed it.

I'll be there, at the moment I am trying to make my own event using the robotics society via the university of Plymouth. This means if it is ok, me and about nine others are going to be there for them to see what an event like this involves.

Hi. Are you all entering ants, or just coming along to watch? Cos all I'd say is we'll probs be a bit short on space, so if there's 8 extra people wandering around who aren't part of the competition, it might be hard to accomodate them.
I'm not saying they can't come, I'm always up for anyone attending who might want to be part of the sport. Just that obviously the space in the hall and around the arena (plus parking and such) will go to anyone competing first and foremost, before we can allow guests. If they plan to enter robots, then thats great, the more the better!

Will be good to have you if you can make it!
