although there is no gear to adjust the pot i would put a bit of glue into it as it could move from vibrations and its a pain to get inside the servo at an event to re-adjust the pot.

Slow progress.
To be honest,I have been unwell for a while now,but hopefully I am getting better now.
Anyway,I found enough scrap 1.5mm fibreglass board to make new lifting arms for Bruce. They are lower profile than the old ones,so Bruce will be a little lower, and with less of an arc to the body shape...
Like I said, slow progress, but hopefully some more fibreglass board is on the way, with the help of the great people and info available on the forum here!
Cheers for now,Jim

The lifting arms are twice as thick as the old ones,so should be more robust. The 6v battery I got from the RR shop is much bigger than I thought, and definately wont fit.So I will try and source another 4.5v 120mah one from somewhere.I am going to use some 4mm polycarb to brace the lifting arms,so weight may become an issue with the rebuild soon!!

Looks brilliantly made is the servo one that has outputs on either side or is there a makeshift axle on the other side?
