Yes thats the one they just don't have the label on. I selected them because they are lighter and much lower profile than the ones I used to use and which appear to be obsolete. They are cheaper from Hobbycity but they usually take three weeks to the UK instead of next day but they are nearer for you.

The new Variant (well the spinner module one) is now complete and ready for some testing. I am hoping if I ever perfect the new mechanism for flippant to make one for variant.

Note the spinner controller, drive controller and receiver are now underneath to avoid trimming components off with the blade as happend at the last AWS.

I quite like Saxon, looks like The Data Fields only built properly with something resembling engineering :P very nice work and I hope to see it in battle soon.

Aside from the rebuilt Jigsaw V (now with working flipper!) I've only got the one new ant for Richmond - my featherweight will probably take up most of my time between now and then.

Arcus
Weight: hopefully right side of 150g
Shape: um...probably some kind of wedge with claws, early designs are looking a little bit like Splinter
Drive: 75.7:1 gearmotors (ex-Jigsaw) and Peter Waller option A speedo (ex-fleaweight) with very small diameter wheels (also ex-fleaweight)
Armour: 1mm hardened aluminium
Weapon: Front horizontal grabbing/crushing claws (purchased from Dave Weston which is very nice of him) powered by a servo of some kind - I'm looking into various high torque ones atm but the plan is to get it working using a Naro +F HP BB I have spare, and then order a bigger torquier servo if necessary
Srimech: ...might be a problem :P may have to go with a separate righting arm or an Agent Orange type bar. (a cookie for anyone who understands what I'm on about there)

I like Saxon, gonna giving it Panic Attack style lifters, got my brushless hammer bot still to come which should be pretty damn awesome

Magic Hate Ball is loads of fun to drive bit of fodder for good robots and Anto but still loads of fun

Pssht, giving it some Kaizer-style lifting forks will be much better!
(okay, so I based them on Panic Attack's ones but so what 8))

Wow, that's a robot that you can literally carry around in your pocket! What are you using for innards? Those tiny little RC cars you get?

Anto 3 spent a lot of AWS32 in Craig's pocket :P that way not only did he know where it was, but it also kept the tyres (charity wristbands!) nice and warm for grip.
