I'd like to be able to manage both days, but it all depends on money of course, as i'll have to stay somewhere overnight. I'm moving into a new house any week now so once thats over and done with I should be able to relax and start getting things done again :P However ebuayr 20th (the closing date for entires) is kind've soon so I'll have to give it some thought. For now, assume I am going to be there for both days.

Edit: Some sections of the form (floor space required etc) seem to be geared towards an application for the whle exhibition rather than from individual exhibitors (in our case at least), so what exactly do you want/need us to do?

Simon, is this still going ahead? you've not posted in this thread in a while.

I've got to come straght out and admit, I've messed up badly. As some of you know I've got to move out as my mum is retiring to Spain, unfortunatly the room I've gotten myself is very small, and there is no way I can carry on doing antweights until I get somewhere bigger. As such, I'm left without a choice but to give up ants at the moment, although I wil definatley return one day. Now the problem this leaves is that I've said I'll be here for this, and I'll be needed on the sunday so there is 2 people. So, my proposal is that if someone can take my place on one/both days, I will happily pay expenses for travel etc (within reason, obviously). If there is absolutely no alternative, I will still turn up, because I hate letting people down. Let me know if you think you might be able to take me up on my offer.

And my apologies Simon. I only hope I can get something sorted out so it still goes smoothly.

Hi all

Here's some reading material

http://imonsimon.com/misc/milestones04.jpg

So to summarise:
1. We need to get there between 7:30 and 9am on Saturday to set up
2. I have been given one car pass and one exhibitor pass, but I will ask for more. I'm still not sure how many are coing, and I'm sure that all of you who have organised things know how hard is is to do so if people can't tell you if they are coming or not. Please let me know for sure one way or another! (Scott, if you can't make it then don't worry)
3. Bring some extension leads
4. Oliver, if you could bring your arena please?
5. Exhibitor parking will be round the side of the building because the large car park will have trains on it! Please please let me know if you are coming and brining a car so I can get you a car pass.

Anything else I missed in those notes? Please let me know.

Hi guys, I think it might be better if I cancel this one, it's not looking too healthy.

Let me know if there are any objections.
