I know its a bit late but iv signed up
The reasson for the late sign up is cause I am moving out of uni and I havnt had a computer.
I thought I had al ready signed up when i posted here a few months ago

Yes, I think it's been a cautionary tale of what you need to do to organise an event.
No critisism to Josh, it's his first event, after all.
Most important is to make sure everyone knows the place and time of the event at the start, and to have some kind of registration process in effect from the start (even if it's only an email or a post to this forum).
Less important, but useful, is to keep in contact with your registered atendees, to make sure they're still coming, and to keep them informed if there's a change, or if you need them to do anything.
I'm on RRC10, but I still find it hard to get all those who are comeing to tell me in good time!
Anyway, see you there tomorrow, even if only for an hour or so. I should have the new Dynamite ready, if I can stop its wheels from falling off all the time.
