Our annual 3-day demo. Enthusiastic communicators with robots for the public to try out most welcome!
We have a reasonable number of passes available, but expenses are limited to £50 total, so if you can cover your own transport costs it would be most appreciated.

Post below the day(s) you can help out and I'll organise some sort of rota.

Hi, i should be able to make it with Ritz and Scuttle Bug for at least one of the days, if i can get a lift with one of my friends i can make all 3 days

Is that £50 for the whole stand ? Just wondering how much I can get towards my stay, thats all.

I see from the map we were emailed we are back to the triangle shaped room above the entrance, the one with the private room and toilet.

On Thu I plan to get there around 5 to setup, unsure what time others are arriving.

Yes, we have the en-suite room again

Bethany will be there as will Megan and Tom (Baker). James will be there on Saturday.

We'll be setting up on Thursday evening, probably around 7:30 or so. Paula and Bethany are going in during the afternoon to sort out tables.

I'll be there, but I can only do a half day on Sunday because I have a matter that needs attending to that only just cropped up.
