@dcraptor Sign up your robot and come along. There is every chance someone will be able to help you get it going on the day, and if its not possible, you can still come and watch and meet people and get advice :D

Right guys not long until the event now. Final details are going to be sorted and posted later in the week. One final call for anyone that hasn't signed up to please do so just so we know who is coming.

Once again we have some hats for the top 3 ants and fleas which have been donated by MBoss.

I'll sort out a link for the live stream and get that posted before Friday.

I can bring a wall follower mouse with a very small test maze plus 3 minisumos and a dohyo.
Is there anywhere I can park close to the event at least while I unload and load the arena.

As usual I have entered at the last minute as I'm still up to my neck in coursework. Sadly, as Johnathan will be in LA on a school trip (lucky b*****) Angry Bird will not be here this time (you can breathe now Haz).

During the event I'm going to need some volenteers to give me some feedback on my final year project for University (two fighting robot toys that you can choose using trading cards on its behaviour and weither it is autonomous or RC), your voice will be recorded but only as to reminder for me.

Quick question about competing in AWS events, do I have to be a member of the FRA or is it ok to be an outsider for now?

The antweights operate mainly outside the FRA - less politics that way...You don't need to be a member of anything, although it does help to be a member of this forum so you can post, obviously! :)
