If it's any help, my budget could possibly stretch to a return on the late evening on the 4th. Shall I book?

That certainly looks like a good sized arena can't wait to try it out.
On my arena I usually replace the arena surface by fitting a new piece of hardboard and then painting it.
I have been thinking for some time about leaving it unpainted as it gives a really good smooth surface, and saves a lot of time, so as this time it is only being used for practice and the fleas I have decided to try it to see what people think.

What a great looking thing! And also, the arena looks nice!

Must remember to time each fight. I bet the average time will increase. Will have to be an efficient day!

Oh great, thanks. I rebuild to get across the arena quicker. You undermine the my effort by building a larger arena.

Cool arena though. Is that school wood work shop?

Also I've lost my bind plug, can I borrow one?

Building enourmous arenas is hard work. Andrew and I are absolutely knackered, but we're getting there. First coat of paint went on tonight, and we got all the polycarb parts done, so some more coats of paint tomorrow and some sanding and adjustments and it should be ready for Saturday.

Also, I tested all the stream equipment earlier with a few different people and everything went well.

Please try and ensure all your entries are in by midnight Friday!

Try building an arena on your own without any help, then you can complain you're knackered :).

Stream will be here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/epicentre

If people are members of any other forums where people might be interested (FRA, minisumo guys, etc), please feel free to post an advertisment for the stream, and please also share the link with any friends etc. who might be interested. Anything we can do to get more viewers :).

Edit: Also, if someone could bring a set of accurate scales and a cube, that would be great. You're also more than welcome to bring along extension leads and gangs if you've got room, which should mean everyone is able to use more sockets.
