Really good event, thanks to Will and everybody for organising and congrats to all the prize winners.

Naturally the parcel I was waiting on came half an hour after I left...

Yes it was a great event thanks to Will and co for organising and congratulations to Oliver and David for winning the AWS and FWS.
The standard of both Robots and Drivers seems to improve each time.

Thank you all for coming and supporting the event today! We had the largest ever AWS turnout with 82 machines in the main comp and even with that large number managed a very quick turnaround between each fight.

Thanks to:

Simon for booking the venue, filming and clearing at the end.
Gary & James for their help with organisation and Antlog
Peter W for supplying his arena
Mark, Kat and Fin for their help with setup, calling fights and running the tag team (and also to Mark for the excellent Draw program)

Sorry if I have missed anyone- I really appreciate all your help throughout the day.

Well done to everyone that won awards and the competitions- some of them were really difficult to call as there were so many brilliant robots.

Also AWS 40 has been arranged and will take place on Saturday 16th March 2013 I have volunteered to run it again as I reckon I'll need the year to recover from this one :P

Thanks again and see you all in Brighton!
