Well if Dave is going to run the ATC in December then i might as well bring this back to the old RFRC style format, if thats cool with everybody. I only really wanted to run the ATC thing at RFRC if Dave couldn't do it, but now he is then that's fine.
@Josh: Just getting final confirmation from the hut but it will more than likely be a Saturday in mid September, if that's cool with everybody.
also Dan/Andy etc (i think) we need the trophy's back too!

3rd and 10th September are good for me. 17th is tricky but do-able. 24th onwards I probably wont be able to make...

okay so just got of the phone with the venue, massive pain in the butt as usual but here are the dates they gave me...
possible dates:

Sunday 25 September.
Weekend 22/23 October
Weekend 29/30 October
Any weekend you like in November

I'd prefer the first one if possible, anything later wouldn't really be doable due to university.

September would probably be better, the end of October is getting a bit close to the next AWS.
