Jim is right- If everyone could arrive between 10 and 10:30 that would help as we have quite a few robots to check this time and we want to get the competitions started ASAP.

I will be sending a message to everyone who has signed up during the week.

Also could everyone that intends to come make sure they are signed up by 6pm on Friday just to get a good idea of the final number (I know that it is likely to change on the day but I would like to know who to expect)

One last thing- if there are any volunteers for judges- I'm looking for 3 more so that for each fight we can have 3 unbiased judges.

I don't mind helping with the judging. Also Will what time are you getting to the venue, I will be in Reading the night before so can help set up tables etc.

Thats just reminded me to bring a 4way extension too.

I will be there, as of yet I don't know what with, depends how much time I get this week so I will be a last minute sign up I'm afraid. But I will be there even if it's just with my drive all day.
