Well, I can not pick a date alone, so I need to discuss this with the Bovik Boys (AWS 16 Champion and Runner up

I cant make either date 2nd i'm away on a stag do 16th i have to be in luton for the day so cant be there for once

Guys, I have a provisional booking for a hall in Burgess Hill, West Sussex for the 16th July, however the hall is also available the following Saturday as well, so in the interests of maximising attendance I need people to state their preference now.

I need to confirm the booking on Monday, so please respond before that.
