Hi All, looks like a few of you are coming along. Having abit of a think about layout, usually we have the heavies and pay to drive upstairs, the first year the ants were in the conference room at the back, last year as there was only a couple of you, so we had you upstairs aswell. But this year were thinking having the heavies/pay to drive downstairs (its hard work getting it upstairs and half the robots dont fit in the lift!) so was seeing if you guys had any preferd place to go, i suppose it depends how many are coming, either upstairs or in one of the conference rooms (we ideally would give you an space room to yourself). If you can let me know prefernce or how many are coming that would be great. I was even thinking of knocking up an ant for this, but dont know if i'll have time on the day to run it.

PS Dave W, we have our old antweight pay to drive arenas if you need them for the games, let me know.

Might need an arena for pinball, saves me bringing mine As for preference if place, if there are as many as I hope, then the balcony would be best.

If you can PROMISE ME that it'll be done for the event, it would save me a lot of time and effort. needs to be a 6" wide track though.

Looks like I shall be OK for this event I will sign up as soon as I know which robots are ready.
