The 9th would be best for us but doesn't seem too good for others. We could do later as have already informed my boss that I'll need a day off in July to compete. This one should be good.

Hi guys,
I'm sorry to report that after a lot of hassle and discussion, the college is no longer available to host the AWS. Despite an initial agreement being reached.
Unfortunately with no funds available for an alternative venue I will have to pass on the running of the event to someone else.
Sorry to let everyone down, I was looking forward to hosting the 50th AWS!
