Whatever is lying about! I've made fleas out of TicTac boxes and lemonade bottles.

Both are easily light enough for fleas. HDPE is around 0.00095g/mm^3, and polycarb is around 0.0012g/mm^3.

You can use this to work out how much a piece of armour will weigh. Work out the piece's area, then do area x thickness x density (the number above). So a 100mm x 100mm square of 1mm thick HDPE would be (100x100)x1x0.00095, or 9.5g.

I use 1.5mm polycarb for the chassis and HDPE from plastic milk bottles as armour on my fleas... seems to be an effective mix..
