Good news: I managed to get myself 8 m1.7 screws from a watchmakers shop over the weekend, after much searching through trays of tiny screws. So theres a good hint, if you need tiny or odd size screws, a watchmakers shop is a good place to try.

I was wondering if anyone had any old S136l's they didn't want anymore, as I'm going to be using the control boards from them for the drive in Void 3, and it'd be nice if I could pick some up cheap rather than paying ?16 and only using the board.
So if anyone has any S136l's they dont need, I'd be interested in hearing how much you'd want for them. Dosn't matter if it has broken gears/casing, as long as the board works.

I have recently found a web site selling lots of stuff for small model aircraft called robot birds. (not that sort Craig) They sell quite a range of small brushless motors (down to 12mm dia) and the LiPo batteries and chargers. The site is http://www.robotbirds.com. I have just ordered a couple of there brushless motor kits where you get a CDrom motor that has been rewound. You then replace the old continuous magnet with 24 individual magnets supplied and you end up with a much more powerful brushless motor. I hope to be able to build one double ended motor for my new version of MutANT.

No lately all my deliveries have been very prompt. I have just got some small bearings from acr eurotrade. Unfortunatly their website is still underconstruction but they do some superb tiny bearings which I found in their catalogue which came free with a magazine. I got some 2mm ID 5mm OD that weigh less than 0.3gms and they even go down to 1mm ID 3mm OD. http://www.arceurotrade.co.uk/
