There is an easyer way to do it... just put the following code in-place of the Back Ground code bit in the HTML:

Code: Select all

<body stylesrc="../index.htm">
It takes the Back Ground info from whatever page it says where the ../index.htm bit
This allows you to change the Background info on your index page, and it changes all your pages BG at once!, that is a LOT quicker!!! :cool:

css is good aswell it allows you to set loads of stuff (font colours/size/line hieght, background colours the list is endless) and you can link to that one file on every webpage e.g
<head>
<LINK REL=StyleSheet HREF="style.css" TYPE="text/css">
</head>
http://www.javascriptkit.com/dhtmltutor ... ence.shtml for a complete list of commands

http://www.westciv.com/style_master/house/ tells you how to do alot of stuff

http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/ and finally a guide

GOODLUCK EVERYONE GOING TO AWS8!
As far as I see antweight chat rooms are never any good because not meny people are on them there really just for show on antweight site unless you can get people to come at a certain time.

And most people I think would prefer posting mesagges on here than going to a chat room but I might not be right on that. :cool:

Also someone said that bits of info on my site are out of date so on most other ant info pages there are links to forms that you can fill in and then I will then change/update/add the info or you could just e-mail me (e-mail address in forum profile)

That is what I did with the Tinweb forum, organised a time for the chat room, but it only got a few people on :sad:
So can we organise a time/place for it?

yeah, mine used to be the most popular, it ocassionally get used, but not often, so it stays, as it's the general place to go (allthough I noticed when I got over 10 people on it, it slowed down considerbally (sp?))
I think messaging programs are more popular then this forum, and as you 2 don't have them, you proberbly won't realise this, I have 19, past, present and future antweight builders in my list :smile:
One day, I will return.
