For part of my GCSE IT project I am producing a website, it is beginning to take shape and I have posted it at http://www.therealdrbob.onestop.net I have used some pictures which I would like to credit to http://www.antweight.co.uk and the text on antweight? is paraphrased from the site. I will obviously be developing it more and I will eventually be shifting this to be the team's website. All constructive critiscism accepted
Things that could be changed :
o The Banner/logo (Team Bonzo Dog one) could be made a bit better/neater, it the first thing people see when the enter the site (First impressions are every thing), and its on all the pages)
o 'Ant weights page', maybe better quality pics?
o The link image is screwy on pages (Not the imdex page), maybe that could be a 'home' image?
o Same size images on the robots page (Or thumbnails)
o Links page, add the code in the img tag :: 'border="0"'
o No link to me  (Joking, don't link it if you don't want)

Theres a few more things, but there the main ones

Yeah i need to deal with the logo, but it is better than it was before.
I'm fiddling with the link imagemap to get a better sizing and yeah I'm going to deal with the pictures at some point when the other tasks I have to do are finished.

P.s. I need a pic of Tyrant if anyone has one.

Like it...
Maybe a bit slow on less than broadband, buttons won't show unless they're hovered over for quite a bit.
Alway remeber, not all people have broadband. A ton on people make the 'mistake', they make a site with lots of images, upload it, it loads in 2 seconds, the annonce it... But some people will never get it loaded.

Sometime you have to cut down on pics, look at http://www.teamdbr.co.uk, there are quite a lot of pics on the main page, but the rest of the pages have only one pic, the logo (Apart from a couple of subpages, that have thumbnails and link to big pics with back buttons)

Anyway....

Try learning HTML and using Notepad or XEMACS

And if you want to use Dreamweaver, try getting a trial version from Macromedia, or *shock horror* actually paying for it.
