Reading the rules i came across the tethered projectile part and wondered
HMMMMMMMM
could a harpoon be fired by co2 and retract to be fired again...

YES, however there is a rule also saying no more than 100psi

Such a weapon would be possible, but would it be very effective, specially with only a 150gram weight limit?

what about a tow cable pull the robot to a desired postion
possibley launch a rotary harpoon like a drill

Also a posibliity, you also need to note the non-tangling rules. I tried to build a throwing weapon but it always broke at least one rule

If you had a fast robot you may be able to jerk a wire hard enough to pull an opponent over or even out of the arena - I won a few fights with Pants doing that.
