EDIT: After som discussions with several persons on MSN, I realized that this robot is to high! So I've redone the CAd and the total height and weight of it is 36,5mm and 116g without the receiver!

I give you:
Desire!

Powered by a 11,1V 300mAh lipo pack (white thing) gives this motor (AP-2205/34) a rpm of over 18'000! :D

Receiver still to be added and screws, glue and Dycem :)

Re-made the cad again these past days:

This time, you can see how far those legs go.
Still no receiver though, but thats not a problem atm, as I got until june to get ready :P

Desire is gonna be one of my best bots ever!

Anyone having suggestions on how to give this ant more weight? It still needs over 20g to cross the roller weight limit :D

Why not put wheels on it then? Seems strange to me to want to make it a walker?

and here we have (before armour is added) Bigshot W1. My first walker, and I personally think it's the best bot I've built. Walks at about the same speed as Bigshot X1 (see AWS17 DVD) and has a mean 17500 RPM disc, which hasn't yet been tested.

I always wanted a walker, but it wasent ment to be so underweight. The screws. glue, dycem etc. might get over the weight limit, so its a bit more like "better be safe then sorry" method

Josh: It looks beautiful! Hope I see a antweight version of it.

Adam: Is it made for damage or OOTA?

Hi Adam,

The spinning disk looks a bit high up. What happens if you're fighting a wedge?
