Blue Terror is going well, redid the build with a better approach.

I started by making a net of the chassis to help cut, drill and bend the 1.5mm polycarb.

After the new chassis was finished and the drive wired up to the Nanotwo, I did a test drive, and my god is it fast.

I made a top panel with a vinal wrap all that's needed is the power switch which I'll wire up this week.

Did some test fights with Blue Terror, Killer-Wolf 2 and Bunny Ears last Sunday and had a great time until Killer-Wolf's weapon linkage broke. Not a complete surprise as I was worried the amount of material around the pivot holes wasn't enough.

Not to worry I was able to make a replacement with my a scrap sheet of Polycarb.

Back home from the Antweight Open, Had a great time with all three bots doing well with Blue Terror performing the best progressing far before being knocked out.
Killer-Wolf 2 performed ok flipping robots but proved slightly hard to drive it, left the event in the same state it arrived.
Bunny-Ears did well getting its first win and proved competitive, and Jessica improved as a driver, just a tad unlucky with how the fights went. Sadly Bunny-Ears has suffered some damage due to wear and tear and will need a rebuild.
Blue Terror the surprise top bot of the team. Blue Terror took on a nasty horizontal spinner twice tanking the hits and winning the battles. After the first fight with the spinner, one of the connectors disconnected from wires on the power switch, leading to a nerve-racking few minutes crimping the wires to a new connector. During the day I had to replace the Acetate twice as they got recked and I had to put the tyres back on the odd wheel. In the last two fights, a cable popped off the rear left motor making the drive on the left side struggle. Will need to replace the chassis as it's cracked and scratched from the spinner fights.
