silly question...
Have you checked the three motor connections are all good.
As I found out today, they are actually very difficult to heat sufficiently to get a good soldered joint, impossible if the motor cables are trimmed back to < 1cm. :(
What motor is it? I have 3 spares at the mo??All diferent.

The wire of brushless windings is covered in enamel. If you cut back the wires you need to strip the enamel off the wire before soldering. The enamel is often clear so it's really difficult to see, and to know whether you've removed it!
Unfortunately solder has a nasty habit of forming itself around a wire with no electrical connection through the enamel :(
If you have a bad connection to one motor winding the controller cannot generate the rotating magnetic field required to move the rotor, so it just appears to judder.

smaller wheels
learn to drive the thing
oh, and maybe build it so it isnt so terrible

Ouchie would have beaten Egg 2 Brutus too! Lol. Shame we didn't have a Ouchie vs RMS Titanic grudge match...

Haz, Problem Gustav is a lot more impressive than you're giving it credit for. Seriously, a few tweaks, and people will be scared!
