Ixion, Anto3 and Wells
All vastly underweight infact I think they may all be fleaweights

I have joined the darkside and built a flipper, well started building a flipper

They're all made of Nylon (bar Anto3 which is stainless) using my 3D printer as I've run out of Stainless, I think its the same or at least similar to what Shapeways use as the white strong and flexible

Some of you may know I am building bulletproof as 4wd now, but I can't get it into weight with the DAD battery in it (18g overweight). I can lose 12g by going down to 4mm polycarbonate but I am not sure how that will stand up (I've had bolts into the edges of 4mm and it bulging out and breaking around the bolt). Suggestions?
