Why would you do such lovely CAD for 3D printing and not check everything fits inside in the CAD?

Fair enough. It's quite a pain to estimate how much space wires take in CADs. I still don't end up leaving enough room half the time!

Most of my robots are built, and then the electronics crammed in wherever they fit; My last one just has the controller strapped to the outside

To be honest it is easier to redesign and reprint if the wires don't fit, than design them in.
I have started the CAD for a few more ants, and I am still struggling to find a decent rubber duck.

i'm not generally a fan of EDF bots but i'm deffinitely impressed with this! looks very competitive indeed. can't wait to see it fight.
