charging smaller lipo batteries

Is it possible?, if so how difficult? I dont see the need for massive chargers and spending stupid amounts on a new charger when i have one

That one can only do 2s or 3s lipo's. You could probably cheat and solder a couple of micro jst connectors to the balance lead and get it to treat the cells a 2s or 3s battery. As it's balancing the cells and you won't be soldering cells together you shouldn't get any explosions.

I have used one of these for the past few years with 1s and 2s.

I make packs using these cells soldered to jst connectors.

It works well. Just plug it in and wait for the green LED to turn off.

Its for a blade heli so its not really ideal to solder packs together
how wpuld thw adapter be wired up? Pretty usless as ive been of it for abit xD

Left connector is the balance lead one and goes into the charger, right connectors are the micro jst's for your batteries.

Is it worth balance charging a 2s AW Li-Po? The one I got only has a 2 Micro JST connector, pos and neg.

If your batteries don't have a balance charge connector, you can't balance charge them without some serious surgery!
Probably not worse the hassle - you're likely to do the cells more damage by modifying the connections than by not balance charging...
