Well, I'm 2 down and 1 to go. Here's the new Duff:
Duff 1
Duff 2
Nothing special or intresting, but seems useful. Needs a bit more testing.
2 x Supertec HPX F for drive (were speedmodded, but were uncontrollable)
1 x sd150 for flipper
8.4v li-po 145mah
Hitec Feather rx
MDF wheels with dycem grips
balsa and polycarb chassis
I know it looks ugly, but its too heavy to paint.
I've also finished my second ant (no name yet), its a horizontal spinner, uses the same motor and gearbox I had on Duff in AWS14.
TBA 1
TBA 2
2 x speed-modded Naros
1 x IPS motor and box
ic-50 speedo-controller
300mah 8.4v li-po
Hitec feather rx
Ali and polycarb chassis
I know it's very ugly. I might try tarting it up a bit for AWS16, or i might just put all the extra weight into the disc. It's 140g at the moment, but I'm going to put a bigger, heavier disc on it. I expect this ant to fall apart a lot
