Just got the chassis 3D print back from shapeways. I used the strong and flexible plastic . It seems solid and is really light. Thanks all . Seeing as this is my first bot ill stick with the acrylic and may ditch the flipper. :) So its a sumo bot now. Ill use it to get some practice driving the bot . Hi Joey , The power supply is on my list :) Im not sure on the weight . I figured if its overweight I could just make some holes in the acrylic to reduce the weight .
