Another basic Q, you know that sticky rubber stuff the is often used on antweight wheels and tracks? Where do you get some? I use neoprene to grip up anti-depressant which worked fine and actually made it faster but it was quite thick and hard to use.

I don't know about the motor but these wheels are 3.8 cm in diameter.
