But what's the point?
Why isn't it just that you enter each robot individually and it's OK to share drivers between robots?

What is a team?
Maybe a stupid question, but I've seen some mention of "teams" and it seems like these are multiple robots entered by the same person in the same event. I don't quite understand how grouping the robots as a "team" differs from simply entering each robot individually? Do the robot...

Re: AWS'60 Results Analysis
Great stats! Do you plan to sample data from the other 59 AWSes also? :P Hmm, taking a look at AWS'59 might be worth doing just to see how consistent the results are. If they both agree on the rough ordering of the different types, we can have more confidence in it. Don't think I can quite be bothe...

AWS'60 Results Analysis
I wasn't sure what type of robot would be best to design, so today I watched the AWS'60 video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd6b21LqA3M ) and recorded the result of each fight, with the type of robot that won, type of robot that lost, and reason for the result. Fitting your Ant in the 4" cube
Hello. I've never built a combat robot before, but I'm about ready to start designing and I have done some thinking about the 4" cube that might be useful to others. If you assume your robot wants to be primarily wide, but also long, and not very tall, then this diagram shows what I think is th...

Re: 3D printers
Hi, I think the Ender 3 is a pretty good printer.
They're available refurbished on eBay for about £140.
I have an Anycubic i3 Mega which I'm quite happy with, but if I were to buy a new printer today it would be an Ender 3.
