Tes they have leads that go straight to the reciever and 2 leads for the battery and 2 for the motor.
Remember to get the plus and minus from the battery correct, otherwise its pretty straight forward

Your best start is possibly to check out some antweight threads on this forum, but most of the stuff (radio transmitter and reciever, batteries, servos etc) can be bought at your local rc hobby shop. A tip is to get a shrink tubing kit with various sizes and a cheap heat gun, its really smooth and with a much better resul than any tape

For what weight class do you want it? Yeah it seems most people use titanium or hardox, some of the harder grads, i believe for titanium its grade 5 and hardox 450 or higher. Im not 100% sure tho. You could possibly lathe a disc and bolt som teeth on it, otherwise most people seem to get them laser ...
