Re: AWS36 Bristol

Finally, logged back in! 12th fine for me. New and improved Anti-Gravity 2 for this event, and even the chance of Anti-Gravity 3, new and made of carbon fibre. To save everyone from arguing, I have done the seeds, based on the places they came in the Finals of AWS35: 1. A Little Bit Of Fail 2. Quake...

Re: AWS 35 - Pontefract - 17th July 2011

Unfortunately, the footage taken on my cameras is all wrecked and doesn't play, so someone else will have to make a DVD. Sorry :(

Re: AWS 35 - Pontefract - 17th July 2011

OK, congratulations to Danny & Antidisestablishmentarianism, Will & Quake, & Andy & A Little Bit Of Fail for winning the AWS, & FrANTic for winning the Annihilator. And of course to Will again with Tesla 2 for the FWS.

Re: Technical feather stuff

Thanks for all the info, Jamie.
I'm signed up for the AWS and I will be there, and I would love to talk to you about building a featherweight. I've found everything required now except pipework, so does anyone know ehere I can get some Pipework for the ram and gas bottle? :)

Re: AWS 35 - Pontefract - 17th July 2011

Just an Idea I've had:
At the third AWS each year (eg: AWS 36), the three winners throughout the year (Inertia 2 & two others) fight for one last fight, and the winner becomes the 2011 UK AW champion. Please reply!

Re: Technical feather stuff

My Grandad is busy most of the time, and I normally only see him a few times a year. He's going to be telling me how to do things because I know nothing and I'm going to do them. Fun, but it'll take a long time.

Re: Technical feather stuff

Oh, and the ram on the page says it's double acting, will that diminish the power?

Re: Technical feather stuff

LOL, I don't think it'll be ready in time for Maidstone in November, let alone the AWS in two weeks!
Haz, are you sure that street fights are allowed, coz I heard that they were banned for some reason.
