Re: Ellis's (Team BANANAPHONE/A12) build log!
I'd recommend just having a non-spinner. For ants, spinners are a way to have a very specific type of fun that has nothing to do with success (says a guy who currently operates 0 spinners). Solderburn's BEYBLADE special move is exactly what I'd want from my spinners  Also for what it's worth, I...

Re: Team Shakey Build Diary
Also more power is NOT needed for a pusher. N20s are overkill - wheels lose traction before the weakest N20 loses power. N10s are smaller and lighter, and from my understanding STILL overkill, so yeah. I'm waiting on a load to arrive to play with

Re: After the esc, the other stuff - simplistic questions
We talked about using the boards from 360 degree servos as escs for drive. For a flipper weapon, you don't want continuous rotation. And yeah, n20s are all pretty much the same (except polulu HP n20s)

A 360 degree servo is basically a gear motor with a built in esc, Whereas a servo will rotate to a specific position depending on the signal. 360 degree continuous rotation servos are usually advertised as being for robot dr...
