There are loads of different ways to do this, firstly you could glue the servo horn to the wheel and then screw that on. If the wheel you are using has a bit out of the side that fits over the servo gear but keeps falling off you can drill a hole through this and the output gear and put a small pin ...

wihtout doing the maths to lift an 150g ant you would need about 120 4'' cubes of gas a little OTT, but if it were possible how would it work. It can't be imbolised and it would bounce of the walls :lol: . Just imagine a disc hanging from the bottom of a huge bag of tin foil :o

Folding the sides then bolting through the 2mm thickness of polycarb.

This is going to sound crazy but i read it on the FRA forum, chloroform can melt polycarb together. It also mentioned use in a well ventalated area. :lol:

I use two different ways:

Small nuts and bolts, or weld it together with a old hot soldering iron-i prefer using nuts and bolts as it saves the soldering iron.
