Folding the sides then bolting through the 2mm thickness of polycarb.

This is going to sound crazy but i read it on the FRA forum, chloroform can melt polycarb together. It also mentioned use in a well ventalated area.

I use two different ways:

Small nuts and bolts, or weld it together with a old hot soldering iron-i prefer using nuts and bolts as it saves the soldering iron.
