The polycarbonate is 1.5mm, so it looks like I need better scissors.

Thanks for clearing up the fail safe stuff. :D Ill try and get a on off switch .

Iv tried applying pressure but can only get it in about half way, at which point any movement and the wheel comes off. I haven't tried super glue yet.

Really ? any with a 3mm bore? Doesn't it have to have a bore for a D-shaft?

So I am almost ready to reveal my first bot, but the wheels that come with the NanoTwo kit dont seem to stay on. Its really difficult to get the d-shaft into the wheel.
