Much of why I'm not particularly attracted to antweights is the arenas I see. An arena in which there is room to breathe (drive), a spinner isn't just going to fly out (ditto any high energy bot, spinner, flipper, fast rambot or otherwise), and where a lucky clash in the middle is less likely to lin...

Considering even the most punchy 25mm brushed motors you find on those gearmotors pull 60w at stall (5a @ 12v), I'll be surprised if the gearbox will handle even the smaller brushless (90w cont.) for long. Be interesting to see if it does!

I know Grade 5 and 6AL-4V to be the same thing as well, for what it's worth. I'd say you're safe going for that bit.
