Hi Peter, May be worth checking the failure rates of the other layers, try snapping the Nylon print above to see if the layers break too, as it could be a sign that the temperature is slightly too low and the layers are not sticking together 100%. perhaps a horizontal disk through the lower half... high enough to allow wheels underneath but low enough to hit other bots.
