I'm not really sure how . I Don't know whats part in the reciever is wrong.

I got the parts.

Everything works, It was the reciever.

The only problem is the metal chassis. When I put the parts and wires in, the wires touch the metal chassis and screw-up when I turn it on, it makes a loud "beeeeeeeeeee" sound, scary.

Oh well I fix it. Thanks for your guys help.

I tried all the steps. The led still flashes the same (yellow and green about 1/2 sec). I connected a AA battery to all the motors and they all worked fine. I turned on the Tx and then the speed controller but the led still flashes the same and when I moved the stick on the Tx the motors didn't move...
