Nemesis mk1 works much better with the new discs and a switch has been added to help stop shorting things. Mk 2 is completely built but two speed controllers haven't worked as the first one a pad fell off and the next one a connection got removed. we have ordered some more and all 3 bots should make...

Don't worry about my robots- we can't make it.

with the 3g saved from spokes, we should have enough weight for a switch, which should make the pit easier. At sheffield university, I had to be moved back for every fight.

They do look cool, and make nice sparks, thought the size of blade needed usually forces the robot sideways across the arena, normally towards the pit.

The next one will have wheel protection, so it should still be able to drive as it will be harder to hit the tyres off the wheels. both finalists(me and rory) need new blades as both are bent. Nemesis mk2 will also be on 3s. so should have a even more powerful forced turn and will be even more uncontrollable. It will also be a bar.

What switches do people recommend using. These can preferably withstand 3s.
