Problem, 90% of all ants don't have any substantial steel components, screws and drive shafts have way too little metal to get a hold of with a magnet, and the 10% of ants that do have a substantial steel component are spinning that steel at several thousand RPM.

I have to interject here, because I have a fair suspicion that you're extremely new to this. 100:1 Silver sparks are far too slow for drive. At the voltage you're using and the wheel size chosen, you'll be moving at an absolutely glacial .8mph. 50:1 is what I would consider the absolute max for gear...
