Now to decided to stick to servo or use a motor instead. As the servo doesn't seem that powerful.

I have built a basic robot on cardboard ahead of doing proper... Question about servos

How do I wire in the servo does it need dedicated power then the signal wire off to the receiver.

I have a Das Mikro ESC and a REDCON 2.4GHZ DSM2 receiver and a Dev 7E controller.

I was wondering whats the best channels to plug the ESC into for controlling the bot.

I am awaiting for a charge cable then I can test it out... but don't want to plug all together and be disappointed.

I can't seem to find a sliding switch rated above 0.5a any recommendations on what you all use?

Also what AWG cable do you use?

Oh interesting, I'm little surprised due to discharging the battery. Last couple of questions 1) motor breaking worth it? I seen a few posts from a few members reference this or is it a trial error thing? 2) what guage wire are you all using? I was thinking 26awg 3) if I use a 12v motor how do I wor...
