Spinning Disc Motors?
Anyone got any recommendations on brushless motors used for antweight spinning discs? Also, how would I wire it?

Re: Selling Antweight.
UPDATE:
I'm just selling the chassis and the screws. I'm keeping everything else but the weapon motor for my next Antweight, Singularity.

Selling Antweight.
As much as I have had fun with Terminal Ferocity from Shakey, I need money. Selling a 2WD front-hinged flipper robot with controller, charger and everything. PM me offers.

Re: Build Diary: Hurricane
That really is an intriguing system, but I'm worried with just two drive motors it won't be powerful enough to shove anything. I went for six drive motors for maximum efficiency, hopefully to get up enough speed so I can ram other robots into the wall or just overpower them into the pit or OOTA. I d...

Build Diary: Hurricane
So, I have an insane idea. I'm thinking of a 6-wheel pusher with a front wedge, in homage to Storm 2. I'm not sure how much damage a rambot will do in this weight class, but I'll try it out anyway. Thanks to buying an antweight from Shakey, I understand a lot more about robotics then any video can t...

Re: Buying Antweights
I was thinking more of a servo-powered crushing arm, tiny hydraulics worry me as I doubt I can get enough pressure for the beak to do any sort of real damage. I know the Razer Team turned a Razer Pullback into a small antweight version of Razer, it shouldn't be too difficult to do the same adaptatio...

Re: Buying Antweights
Alright, I'll give it a go. I was thinking of creating a robot with a crushing arm, similar to Razer or Suicidal Tendencies. If I can get enough force through it and make the arm out of steel or something, it could work.

Re: Buying Antweights
All I have that could possibly be helpful in building an antweight is a computer and a screwdriver.

Re: Buying Antweights
I can just about charge the one Alex gave me and I'm learning about it from the one I bought for him. I don't have a solder, a 3D Printer and the only knowledge I have about antweights is what I'm learning from Terminal Ferocity.

Buying Antweights
Hello - I tried to contact Ellis Ware about commissioning an antweight version of Pulsar but he hasn't responded... I already have an antweight robot courtesy of Alex Shakespeare, but I sort of want more. Anyhow, if you have any extra ants you want to get rid of, I'll happily buy them. Spinners and ...
