Ok thanks for the help. I'll buy one of those switches and see if the robot can push it.
Thanks Mike

Re: Help with pit on home arena
Hi thanks for replying. Yeah was thinking just a bolt catch or something simple for the minute but just wondered if anyone could suggest anything electronic switch and button and how to wire it up ( would I need a circuit board? As I said I don't know much about electronics ). https://m.aliexpress.c...

Help with pit on home arena
Hi all, so I've eventually got round to finishing 2 ant weight robots for my eldest boy/me! Also I've built an arena and was looking to get it finished for Christmas. But now have thought that adding a pit activated by a push button would be cool. Not knowing a lot/anything about electrics was wonde...

Re: Das Mikro - £12 dual channel speed controller with mixing
Thanks for replying Mike.
I actually forgot to ask that question about the 6 wires going into 4 as it looked like, on the photo from first post, they were all going into the 4 spots on the board.
Thanks for replying. I'm sure I'll have more silly question later!

Re: Das Mikro - £12 dual channel speed controller with mixing
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me before I attempted to solder up the das mikro. I wanted to know if, in the picture, is everything in the correct position ready for soldering? I know I have to cut the red wire on the servo and connect it to the battery wire below the switch. Also what is ...

Re: Das Mikro - £12 dual channel speed controller with mixing
Hi thanks for replying, Forgot to mention I've got the devo 7e tx. I know that I'd have to put some software on it to use some receivers (the two I linked in I think). Could some suggest a receiver that I wouldn't have to do the software update and would work with the das mikro as well? Also any sug...

Re: Das Mikro - £12 dual channel speed controller with mixing
Hi, Forgive me for what is probably a stupid question but can you use any of these receivers with the das Mikro. Or can someone suggest one please. I'm a complete beginner so wiring this is going to be fun! https://hobbyking.com/en_us/dsm2-6ch-without-case-and-no-cert.html https://hobbyking.com/en_u...

Re: Team Shakey Robotics - Ant parts for sale!
Hi shakey, You replied to me on another tread, when I was inquiring about the nano two from rapidrory, and I have just seen that you sell ant weight parts to. Do you also sell nano two's ? Rapidrory hasn't got back to my email I sent a few days ago, must of gone straight to junk mail or he's busy, w...
